My coaching philosophy was born from personal transformation. After years of living in survival mode—battling addiction, disconnection, and the physical toll of self-neglect—I discovered that true healing doesn’t happen in one area of life. It happens when we begin to see our entire being as interconnected. That’s why I take a holistic, heart-centered approach—one that honors your body, mind, emotions, and spirit as part of a whole.
